Privacy Policy
Version 2026-10-31. Effective October 31, 2026.
This policy explains what information this website collects, why, where it is kept, and your choices. It is written for visitors and clients in Washington State and the rest of the United States. "I" means Leonardo Valdivia, an individual sole proprietor doing business as LeoValdi, Seattle area, Washington. I am the person responsible for your data.
1. What I collect
- What you type in the project form: your name, phone, email (if you give it), business name, industry, city, website or social links, team size, and your answers about the project, budget, timeline, and preferred contact method.
- What you type in the custom system form: your name, mobile, email, company name, what your company does, a short description, team size, years operating, the tools you use, what you want to solve, timeline, optional budget range, and your meeting preferences (platform, days, time windows, time zone, and whether you prefer in person).
- How you found the site: the source or campaign tags in the link you used (for example a business card QR code).
- When you pay a deposit: Stripe sends me the payment status, amount, and the name, email and phone you enter at checkout. Your card number goes only to Stripe. I never see or store it.
- If you accept the Terms: the version accepted and the date and time.
- Basic technical data that hosting providers process for security, such as IP address and browser type. I use your IP address only briefly, in memory, to block spam. I do not store it with your request.
I do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or tracking pixels on this site.
2. Why I use it
- To reply to your request, prepare a package confirmation or quote, and contact you the way you chose.
- To run your project, process payments, and keep records required for taxes and accounting.
- To keep the form safe from spam and abuse.
- To understand which channels bring visitors (for example business cards), using only the source tag in the link.
I never sell or rent your personal information, and I do not share it for advertising.
3. Where it is stored and who helps me
- Vercel hosts the website (United States).
- Neon stores form submissions in a database hosted in the United States.
- Stripe processes payments and holds card data under its own privacy policy and security standards.
- An email service sends me a notification when a new request arrives.
- My private workflow tools receive a short summary of new requests without your phone number or email.
These providers may only use your data to provide their service to me. Data is protected in transit with encryption (HTTPS).
4. How long I keep it
- Requests that do not become projects: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Clients: project and payment records for up to 7 years, for taxes and accounting.
- You can ask me to delete your data sooner (section 6), except records I must keep by law.
6. Your choices and rights
- Access: ask for a copy of the information I have about you.
- Correction: ask me to fix anything wrong.
- Deletion: ask me to delete your information, except what I must keep by law.
- Contact preferences: tell me to stop texting or emailing you at any time. Reply STOP to any text.
To make a request, text me at +1 (425) 409-7300 or reply to any email I sent you. I answer within 30 days, usually much sooner. I may ask you to confirm your identity first.
7. Security

8. Children
This site is for businesses and adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child sent me information, contact me and I will delete it.
