Answer the project questions. Two minutes.
Step 2
Package or quote
I reply within 1 business day. A listed package costs exactly its price. Anything else gets a written quote first.
Step 3
Deposit
50% reserves your spot and starts the work. It is credited in full to your total.
Step 4
Build and review
You review real pages on a private link and send feedback in rounds (2 or 3 depending on the package).
Step 5
Balance and launch
You approve the final version, pay the remaining 50%, and we go live.
Step 6
Launch
You approve in writing, your website goes live at your web address, and the 30 day free fixes period starts that day.
Step 7
Monthly plan
Your peace of mind plan starts. We keep your website online, safe and up to date, and you get a short guide plus a 30 minute virtual walkthrough.
What your deposit buys
- Your spot in my schedule.
- Work on the exact scope of your package, as listed in the Terms.
- A price that is honored for that scope. It only changes if you ask for more and approve it in writing.
- Credit in full toward your total. The rest is due before launch.
What costs extra
- New pages, features or rounds beyond your package: reviewed and quoted separately, approved by you in writing first.
- Outside services you choose: paid stock photos, booking or texting tools, and payment fees.
- The monthly peace of mind plan is required for every website: Basic $49 per month or Plus $99 per month. Basic covers only the essentials (online, web address, security) and changes are billed separately. Plus adds 2 hours a month of changes and support, priority replies, emergencies first, weekly backups and a monthly check-up. Cancel with 30 days notice.
- Online payment is not available yet. I send you the quote and payment details directly.
- Custom systems have no listed price. They start with a free virtual meeting and a written proposal. Nothing is paid before you approve it.
- All meetings are virtual by default. In person depends on my availability and may have an extra travel cost, approved by you first.

Why “starting at”?
Every business is a little different. The price covers the plan as described. If you need more, you get one fixed quote in writing before any work starts.
How long does it take?
A Launch site is usually live in about a week. Business and Booking sites take 2 to 3 weeks. Custom systems are scoped together first.
Do I need to know anything technical?
Not at all. With your monthly plan we handle everything: your web address, keeping it online, security, updates and any emergency. You just tell me what you need.
Do I have to pay upfront?
No. You can send your project without paying and get a quote. If you want to start right away, a deposit reserves your spot and is credited to the project.
What about changes after launch?
Two or three rounds of revisions are included, depending on the package. After launch, the Plus monthly plan includes changes and support every month. With Basic, each change is quoted separately.
